These terms govern use of scfglobal.in and participation requests submitted for events organised or co-organised by Sustainable Commerce Forum (SCF Global).

Website information

Event schedules, speakers, venues, partners, benefits and other details may be updated as planning progresses. SCF Global aims to keep information accurate but may correct errors or make reasonable changes when required.

Registrations and enquiries

Submitting a form records an expression of interest or request. Participation, exhibition space, sponsorship, delegate access and related benefits are subject to availability, review and written confirmation by the organisers.

Fees, cancellation and event changes

Where fees apply, payment schedules, taxes, cancellation terms and deliverables will be stated in the applicable proposal, booking confirmation or agreement. Events may be rescheduled, relocated, modified or cancelled because of operational requirements, government directions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, submit false information or interfere with its operation. Website content, event names, branding and materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law permits.
