Green Energy

Energy is a basic part of everyday life, something we often take for granted. It powers our homes, supports livelihoods, and keeps communities connected. However, the way energy is produced and used has a direct impact on the environment and the quality of life around us.

In many rural and local communities, traditional sources of energy are still widely used. These sources, while accessible, often come with their own challenges. They can be inefficient, expensive in the long run, and harmful to both health and the environment. Over time, their impact becomes visible in the form of pollution, resource depletion, and limited energy access.

During our field visits, we get the opportunity to closely observe how energy is being used in different areas. Each place tells a different story—some communities struggle with limited electricity access, while others depend on outdated and less efficient energy sources. These experiences help us understand that energy is not just about availability, but also about sustainability and long-term impact.
These observations highlight an important need—to move toward cleaner and more sustainable energy solutions. When communities begin to explore alternatives such as renewable energy, it not only reduces environmental harm but also opens up new possibilities for reliable and efficient energy use.
